Dutton Dodd Consultants is a newly-formed company specialising in four distinct but complementary areas of business. Established in 2005, it brings together more than 30 years experience in housing management, development, research, education and private finance.

Principals

Dr Paul Dutton, a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, having previously worked in housing management, currently lectures at the University of Bradford, and specialises in housing and regeneration education and research.

Tony Dodd is a qualified Town Planner specialising in social housing, having previously worked in housing management and development, for an association in the region; and more recently in the private finance field funding Mixed Funded and LSVT Associations.
